The ICD-UX300 is a great digital voice recorder for meetings and lectures. It looks good and has a 4 GB internal memory for storing up to 1,072 hours of recordings.

The ICD-B500 voice recorder is portable note taker with 256 MB of flash memory - double the capacity of its predecessor.

Sony is currently replacing this model with a newer one: Bad if you want the latest model - good if you want to get a pretty good recorder for a bargain price.
