It's perfect if all you want to do is take voice notes or record small meetings in quiet-ish rooms. Its' built-in memory of 32mb is tiny in comparison to many recorders on the market but it still means it is capable of recording 15 hours of notes on to a maximum of 200 separate files.
It's got all the basics: Pretty good voice activation software which means you won't miss anything; A recording light so you're sure it is actually recording when it is supposed to be; a microphone and earphone jack so you can attach a telephone mic for example or listen to your recordings in privacy through earphones; and an on board speaker.
But don't expect particularly high quality recording and there's no USB connector so you can't download recordings to your computer.
A great buy if you're looking for a cheap and cheerful recorder
I agree fully with your
I agree fully with your review. I wouldn't be recording my tunes on it for playback, it would sound rather terrible, but it does what it is intended for quite well. I do miss the USB
